The following General Terms and Conditions are a translation from the German original AGB. The AGB apply in accordance with German law for all contracts concerning the delivery of goods or the performance of services and concluded between an entrepreneur and a consumer.

Validity of terms

These terms are valid for orders you place online, via phone, post or fax-machine.

 

Orders

Orders can be placed through the online-store, by fax, phone or post.

 

Payment methods

You can pay your order by

• creditcards, 

• wire money in advance.

• cash on delivery (sorry, due to high additional costs ONLY in GERMANY)

Shipment will be made within five days after the order, in every case as soon as possible after payment of the customer.

 

Shipping costs

Purchase orders which are

- to be shipped within Germany are free of shipment costs, if the order is higher than 200 Euro.

- to be shipped within Germany below 200 Euro will have an extra shipment fee depending on the way of payment for packing and postage:

- Wire money in advance 3,50 Euro
- Paypal 3,50 Euro
- Credit card payment 8,50 Euro
- Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) 8,50 Euro

- International purchase orders higher than 400 Euro are free of shipment fees-worldwide.

- Purchase orders below 400 Euro will have an extra shipment fee of 15 Euro within EU

- or 20 Euro worldwide for packing and postage.

 

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel your declaration of contract without stating a reason within two weeks in written form (e. g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The stated period of time starts at the earliest on receipt of the goods and receipt of this information. To comply with the stated period of time it is sufficient to dispatch the cancellation or the goods in time.

Effects of Cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation the mutually provided goods and services shall be returned and, if applicable, any benefits enjoyed (e. g. interest) surrendered. In case you cannot return the received goods and services in total or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you have to, if applicable, provide compensation insofar. This does not apply for the delivery of goods, if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a retail shop for example. Incidentally you can avoid the obligation for compensation by not using the goods, as if they were your property, and by refraining from doing anything, that could impair their value.* Goods, that can be dispatched as parcels, have to be returned at our risk and expense as long as the value of the goods does exceed the amount of 40 €.

End of cancellation policy

Your creditcard or your bank account will be refunded.
No refunds, no exchange for custom-made items or sanitary products.
*Please try the shoes on carpets in order to avoid sole wearing.

 

Warranty

Warranty is governed by the legal regulations.

 

Complaints

Complaints regarding quantity mistakes, delivery of wrong items and shipment damages are to be indicated as soon as possible, at least within two weeks after delivery. For entitled complaints Blicker Modeschuhe takes the whole backshipment costs.

 

Liability

Liability is governed by the legal regulations.

Neither Blicker Modeschuhe nor any of its employees or the director will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind.

 

Filing of data

Blicker Modeschuhe is filing all customer datas. Personal datas will NOT be given to third parties except for payment reasons in data-transfer.

 

Additional

By visiting Hohe-Absaetze.de, you agree that the laws of Germany, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Blicker Modeschuhe.
